CES are NICEIC Domestic Installers Incorporating Part P.

NICEIC has been assessing the technical competence of electrical contractors for over 50 years. The aim is to protect everyone who uses electricity from unsafe electrical installations in the home, work and leisure environment. They therefore maintain a register of electrical contractors whom they assess as being compliant with the various standards, codes of practice and scheme rules.
